Accommodations

We do not have a hotel block, but shuttle service will be provided from the Holiday Inn in Downtown Lancaster, where rooms are currently available. Accommodations listed below are within walking distance of the hotel. Guests do not need to stay at the Holiday Inn in order to board the shuttle bus.

Travel to wedding
By plane
The closest major airports are Philadelphia International Airport (1.5 hours by car), Baltimore/Washington International Airport (1.75 hours by car), and Harrisburg International Airport (40 minutes by car). If you will not have a car, we recommend flying to Philadelphia and taking the Amtrak train to Lancaster.
By train
Lancaster has an Amtrak station, with fast service from New York City and Philadelphia. The Holiday Inn is a 20-minute walk or 5-minute cab ride from the train station.
Transportation to wedding
By shuttle
A shuttle bus will depart the Holiday Inn – Downtown Lancaster at 3:25pm to take guests to the wedding at Lauxmont Farms. Boarding will begin at 3:15pm. The bus will depart Lauxmont Farms to take guests back to Lancaster at 9:45pm, 10:50pm and 12:00 midnight.
By car service
Lyft and Uber are generally available in the Lancaster County area. There are local cab companies that accept reservations in advance.
By private car
Parking will be available at Lauxmont Farms. You may leave your car at the venue overnight; it should be picked up by 9am on Sunday.
